Fulfilment Policy:
1. Membership/Community Business Directory - no refunds or cancellations or returns; delivery as email confirmation within minutes
2. Spiritwear - no refunds or cancellations, exchanges to larger/smaller size allowed within 2 weeks for new, unworn items only; delivery is typically within 2 weeks, but can take up to 4 weeks
3. Events - cancellations and refund allowed if more than 1 week prior to event start date; refunds are also allowed if organizers cancel the event due to low participation or weather; delivery as email confirmation within minutes
3. Seeds of Enrichment - cancellation and refund and class swap allowed if more than 1 week prior to class start; delivery as service over a two-month period
